SMEVF BE PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“The Company” ,Aeronaval de Composites,s.l. with VAT number ESB-43771401, Carrer Sant Joan 32 bis 43201-Reus (Tarragona).Registro mercantil de Tarragona, Tomo 2002, folio 57, Hoja T-29394,which company produces and comercializes the Smevf model BE.

And

The Client, any physical or legal person who has pre-ordered an BE Smevf electric motorcycle.

It is thus agreed as follows:

1.    The Client, by completing the online pre-order form o the n the website www.smevf.com and by paying the pre-order fee, is entitled to be placed on the waiting list for the order of an BE Smevf electric motorcycle which should be available for shipping in summer 2022.

2.     The Client can cancel his pre-order and request a total refund within 30 days of signing up for the pre-order. After this period, acceptance will be understood, and the company will send to the Client the BE sweatshirt free of charge.

3.    The company is in no way obliged to sell a BE Smevf electric motorcycle to the Client under the present Pre-order Terms and Conditions. When the BE Smevf electric motorcycle becomes available, and in the case that the Client did not cancel his pre-order, the Company will reach to the Client to offer a final sales agreement. This sales agreement will be agreed upon under subsequent Sales Terms and Conditions.

4.    In the case the Client agrees to the Sales agreement, the pre-order fee will be offset against the final purchase Price of the BE Smevf electric motorcycle.

5.    The Client acknowledges that his pre-order confirmation and payment are personal, and can not be assigned or transferred without the prior consent of the Company.

6.    This terms and Conditions of Pre-order are governed by Spanish Law.
